Twitter Automation

I have 50,000 followers on three twitter accounts and everything I have done (following and unfollowing) has been manual. It takes a very long time to get to a place that I'm at.

I'm just wondering. Are there any tools out there on Twitter where it can save me time by following/unfollowing more people? If so - is it allowed on Twitter?

    I have been using Twtboardpro for managing my twitter activities, it's a nice automation tool that can handle multiple accounts quite easily.
    It's a nice timesaver and an effective tool that I love to use.

    Yes, there are a lot of tools for managing Twitter, I recommend Hootsuite or Tweetdeck
