Some FB groups are popular in local countries.
I not from US, but wonder which FB groups is popular in US especially on health fitness products?

    There are thousand of groups in the USA, most of them are organized by region, I suggest you use Facebook search for finding the groups in the locations you are interested in.

    Health and fitness products is a huge market. It is too broad a search term. Think about what it is you want to promote. Is it weight loss, arthritis, tinnitus, weight gain, joint pain, exercise products for 6 pack abs, muscle building. The list is endless.


    When you have decided, go to the search bar at the top of Facebook and type in whatever you have decided on. Then click on groups and you will see all the groups in the niche you have typed in. It will also show you the number of people in those groups.
