Billing and payment method

Hello,

I have a question i`ve been added as admin to facebook page and the owner of the page has connected a credit card to the account in order to do paid ads.But it dosen`t show me the credit card or the buget.Do i have to use my own credit card and have him give me the money?

    adding you as an admin doesn't necessarily mean that you share the same access, there are things that main admin can do that the other admin can't do,
