Can I get Banned from Facebook if I found a manual way to post fast? I can post to 25 groups in facebook in less than 5 minutes. This means I can post to 100 groups in 20 minutes. And 200 groups in 40 minutes. Can I get banned from facebook if I post to 100 groups in 20 minutes?

why would you want to do that?

Sounds like you are just spamming groups with your links

Why not focus on 1-2 groups and build relationships with people? take your time..

Dude You will get banned but there is one method you can use if you don't want to get banned make 3-4 facebook ids for every id do 5 post with short url
this will save your ass from getting banned but this method will not going to drive much traffic

Try a Google search for Adam Guerbuez facebook spam and the $873 million fine.

Facebook is hoping the size of the judgment will scare off other spammers who might be tempted to target the company's audience of more than 120 million users.
Ironic, he's from Canada just like OP.

It depends, they may put security checks on you to make sure that you are not a robot and not using any tools to harm them. If not, then other than that I don't think they will be doing anything to you. Btw i like your speed of doing work. Wish you good luck
