Can I Tweet and post in Facebook in multiple languages?

You know that in Youtube you can translate your video titles and add subtitles, you can also translate the description on the videos, channel description and so on to try to reach people from other countries.

Can I do this with Twitter? What if I have 50% of people from USA and 50% hispanic? Thats why I need to know a way where I can Tweet in both languages.
I want people that is not from spanish-speaking countries to see my tweets in english. Auto translation is not an option because it can screw up what im saying, I want to manually translate it.

I can tweet in both languages within the same tweet but it looks ugly.

I also want to know if I can do this Facebook posts. I only know how to do this in Youtube.

    Facebook now lets page admins to publish posts in multiple languages.By default it's turned off, you can enable it from page settings.
