How to get Massive traffic from Google Plus ?

Hello everyone I am Newbie in Online marketing .But I studies 1000 of site for three months (after failure of my first site) to make SEO simple .
I Mostly studied SEO and create my Second Website With my simple SEO technique.Its Really work.I decrease my INDIA alexa ranking from 175000 to 98000 in just 7 Days .But I found a missing Point In my SEO and that was Google PLUS.
According to My study the site which get more traffic from Google Plus.Get ranking 75% faster then other site which didn't get traffic from google plus.
  • The problem is that i tried many post on google plus but i only get a pinch of traffic
  • I think my post is not so effective
  • Please tell your technique or Guide to Google Plus (make it simple)
  • tell me about how to make google plus post effective.

    It will take lots of work just like on any other social media platform. There is no magic formula for growing a huge audience.

    Here are some tips;

    1. Follow lots of people in your niche
    2. Post great content at least 2 times per day on Google+
    3. Share your Google+ page on your website
    4. Promote your Google+ page on any marketing material. (business cards, posters, radio ads, internet ads, etc.)

    Add lots of relevant people in your circle, post great content, be consistent and share relevant links to drive more traffic to your site.

    Increase engagement with people by bringing variety to your posts.Also post at the right time to get maximum traffic. Best time is usually between 9am to 11am.

    Just like any other social network you need to connect with your target audience, add relevant people in your circle, be active and provide valuable content.
    Use images and videos to get more engagement with your posts.

    Never used Google+ exclusively for traffic purpose but the google shares are the real sauce for ranking they actually give you a good boost in ranking that you need.

    Hi, everyone. Let me share what effective strategies i use to implement on Google plus:

    1. It should be like other social media platform. Indeed!
    2. The way we add groups and communities in FB & Linkedin. The same way we need to add number of relevant communities in google plus for relevant traffic.
    3. Google plus is a social medium where your link crawled effectively in google too.
