New Ad Account - CPM & Relevance Score
It was running for 45 days with a CPM of around $2 and ad relevance of 8-10.
I hit pause - then started it back up on the new ad account.
Immediately the CPM went up to $19 and the ad relevance down to 5. It's been about 4 days now and CPM is somewhat lower at $8 but relevance still sucks and having trouble even getting Add to Cart conversions.
The campaign settings are identical.
Interests & Audiences identical.
Ad is identical.
etc.
Anyone know why the pricing is so drastically different? Guessing it's because the new pixel doesn't have much to go on but if I can't get any traction in the first place I'm not sure what to do.
