I use Buffer to develop better organizational skills when I have to post across multiple social media sources . It allows me to choose my own posting schedule so that I could continuously engage with my prospect clients and followers.

I remember the RSS days. RIP RSS.
Although, I am not aware of any such tool for content, what I would suggest to find content is that you should follow some popular twitter users and bloggers who are actively tweeting about new stuff in the tech industry, photography field or any of your preferred interests. From various sources curate something new in your own language & create a blog. Share it on popular social media platforms using hootsuite. Free account can handle 3 different social platforms while paid subscription allows as many you want.
For e.g I will share some important sources for me (I love Tech, Search Engine & Social Media News)

I don't use any tool for finding content because I do it manually. Like for example for SEO blogs, I make it a habit or a routine to read blogs like MOZ, search engineland and backlinko. Or I just google something like related:yoursite.com
A little something like advanced search operators will surely help you.

The best I would recommend is to make it customized only for your content rather than searching for already written stuff. Try engaging your customers with what you have to offer about your product or in case you are unable to write, try getting help from some one who knows the brand.

If you are looking for viral articles, then subscribing to viral websites would be a good choice. This entirely depends on your genre. Try to rewrite the content only once in a while, add more fresh content (from your point of view) which might help your website be user-friendly and search engine friendly.

Check out top posts/images/videos trending on twitter about your niche. If it's quotes you can just use pablo.buffer.com to make the content your own and place your branding there.
You can also look for timely and relevant news quotes you can share using Storyzy.
