Has Anyone Used SocialNerd.co?

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for a way to start growing my social channels. I could do the work myself but I'm busy growing other areas of my business and I'm looking to outsource some of my social media channel growth.

That said, I recently got an email from SocialNerd.co and I'm wondering if anyone has used their (or similar) service to grow your Instagram brand. I hadn't heard of them before getting that marketing email from them.

I always hesitate with anything that looks like it might be automated because I don't want my brand to look "spammy." The problem again is that I just don't have the time to dedicate to growing all the different social channels and I'm trying to find a lower cost way to basically "hire it out."

Any thoughts/advice would be great. Thanks!

    they have 2k visits per month
    no reviews on them i could fine
    i wouldn't use them based on that alone

    Thanks for the feedback. After digging round the forum a bit more for suggestions I decided to go with MassPlanner for now. That allows me a little more control while still letting me automate certain processes. We'll see how it goes.

    I haven't heard of them. I just checked their website because of your post. It seems new and there were no accounts connected to their twitter, facebook and IG buttons, and list of marketing assistants are just coming soon.

    Based on experience marketing assistant services are only good if you already have your social media marketing plan: you have identified your voice/brand, what kind of content you want to be associated with your brand, guidelines on responding to customer inquiries and etc.
