I'm a mailer, but have been trying out some social media stuff.

I use Camtasia to create screen recording videos.

When creating videos to post on facebook page/group and also for youtube, what size should they be and any specifics?

Also, when you create a post with an image on facebook, what size images do you use?

    Size doesn't matter in this stuff the most important is the contain of the video and how much the viewers they will like it and how you could help the others
