I need help with my ads segmentation

A few weeks ago, I told you about a Facebook contest I ran and how that has helped me to boost my fanpage, I also told you that now I intended to use the information I got from the contest to creat a custom audience on facebook, and offer them some special promotions through that, the objective is to get some leads out of all the contacts I have now.

I used some tool to get the FB ids from all the people that participated in the contest, I got that and their profile names, I tried to use that information but Facebook keeps telling me that the audience isnt big enough, which sounds absolutely crazy because I have more than two hundred people in the list, I suspect the problem is that it wont generate the audience out of the Fb ids, I read some articles in the past that said those IDs are not working to create custom audiences.

I really need to ran these promotions, because if my client doesnt start to see some leads out of my work I will have some troubles with him, so I would really appreciate if you could help me with all these.

The first question I have is if there is any way to get more information from those people, the tool I used gave me their ids, is there any other tool that can give me theirs emails or some other information that I can used in custom audiences?

The second question is if you could recommend any other way of getting to them to transform them into leads, any advice will be of help.
