Question regarding Facebook Ads - *Please Help*

I currently run PPC and Craigslist ads for my web development business, and will soon start FB ads. I'm looking to to target business owners in the US, is there a specific category for "business owners" or do you have a different strategy?

I'd appreciate advice from an experienced FB ads guru
