Would you take 25k for a FB page?

I have an opportunity to work in LA as well transfer ownership of a FB page with 1m likes to the company.

I would still be driving the ship. Creating pics, vids, etc, but the page would ultimately now be their asset

This is kind of a grey area and unique situation. Looking for all opinions as to what you think and if you would accept.

    Well the amount is very lucrative but with a page following this huge don't you think that you can squeeze more money out of it if you work alone with it? But if they are offering you some sort of compensation as well to run the page then I think that might not be a bad idea. You can judge better.

    IMO, it doesn't seem like a bad offer, but I don't know how well you're currently doing monetizing that following. I wouldn't sell if you can make that money on your own in a few month's time.

    Sounds like a great offer. I would take it. Plus its LA. A chance to visit a new Area, mingle with the culture and everything.

    Get rid of the page as soon as possible. Facebook is shutting down pages without explanation. Just got 2 pages shut down. each with 1M+ followers and one of them was verified. No warning no nothing. Pages were legit and followed all community guidelines, they got unpublished, we appealed, both appeals denied without ANY sort of explanation. It's time to get our businesses out of FB...

    If you're not making any money off of it or not planning to do it in the future, I would say go for it. But if you like doing it yourself and love it too much then no.

    Definitely agree with everyone. If you're not actually getting any profit from it on your own, take the offer. But if you are or if you can try monetizing from it yourself, then don't.

    I made 20K from it this year. This company would probably be able to generate 10's of thousands if not hundreds or millions from the exposure my page can offer them. In all honestly, I'm in love with my page and would literally need to be offered like 500k to sell lol.

    The question you need to answer is can you take the FB page beyond $25K valuation?

    If the answer is NO, then sell out now.
