Do you find online reviews useful for your business truly usefull?
Im getting quite disillusioned with my online reviews. There is only about one out of twenty that I find to be in any way constructive, this is as a result of people who just want to complain about anything and decide to take it out on my restaurant, and because some people literally cant string a coherent sentence together. It feels like a waste of my time to read them all. Does anyone else feel the same?
