someone want to license my youtube videos for air on a new US Television network

Hey everybody, yesterday i received this message i really dont know what is this, what do you think guys is it a good deal or spam? i have no experience about this kind of deals.
I'm making videos presentations on youtube with powerpoint and vector images, and voice over with music in the background, giving advices on weight loss and diet.
The problem that i'm afraid of, is all my video license are standard license all musics (bought from audiojungle.com) and images from (depositphotos.com) and for airing videos on tv another license is needed. I have talked with them about the licenses that i use in my videos, and they told me that as long as i have a standard license it's fine, and they will handle all performance rights for airing on theire network
please help

    Have you read through their site and searched for info on the company?

    I looked up their site and it's an interesting concept. Lots of info on the site and in several articles/etc from the past 2-3 years on various sites found with a google search.

    The doc seems straight forward information they would need - but I'm not a lawyer. This doesn't seem to be some fly by night or scammer - whether it's something that suits you is another questions.

    If you have questions - ask them on the site or by email or on their social pages...and see if the responses are what you want.

      thank you so much kay king, so if i signed the document what they will can do with my content? will something affect my youtube channel in the future? my channel is 5 years old and i don't want to lose it, or have any problem with it, it's my main source of income.

    No one here can answer such specific questions. That site seems to be creating curated video content (from a quick read of it, that is) - I don't know if it would increase your income or cause you problems.

    If the videos were my main source of income, I would be very cautious about doing anything that might hard that income.

    There's an old saying "if it's not broke, don't fix it". If your videos are doing well for YOU - might be smart to pass up on this 'offer' for now. It's a decision you have to make.

      here is their second message

      We think there could be a great opportunity to feature a ton of your work as we are producing a 48 episode "clip show style" series dedicated to health/fitness that will be airing on the network.

      It will be a great way for you to earn revenue on videos that you've already created as our licensing fee is $250 per video, per insertion. So, the more content we air, the more it will add up. Also, this is a completely non-exclusive agreement, so we are not taking any rights to the videos at all, and you can continue to license elsewhere.

      If this sounds good, I can share you our "Permission to Air" form via our signing service, RightSignature, for you to check out. It's a 100% nonexclusive agreement that simply allows our producers permission to air the work. You keep all rights to your work and can pull content from any future episodes at anytime you need. So it's all very easy and artist friendly.

    Could be a big opportunity or really nothing. It might not hurt to have a lawyer look it over. Even if you have to pay the lawyer for a half hour of their time.
