How can target a Facebook group or a Facebook page members that doesn't appear in the targeting section of Facebook ads ?

      I hate people that just post these awfull lists in threads without addressing the main topic of the thread.

      Anyway, you are asking a complicated question, if the page you are trying to target is not big enough then it wont appear in Facebook Audience Insights, and that tool doesnt work with groups either, so I would say you have to create a good segmentation for that audience.

      How? Start by making a good research, find out what are the interests of that people, if the group is about car, then you should definetely use that for creating the segmentation.

      Be creative, Facebook gives a lot of tools and options for segmentation, you just need to use them properly.

        I've heard about a software that can extract members id to use them as a custom audience .

        Targeting specific pages or people is also kind of counter-intuitive when you think about it. You're using Facebook ads to target the largest group of people with the interests, location and demographics that best represents your target market. Why focus on such a small subset?

        Unless what you really want to do is to market to influencers. If that's the case, Facebook ads would be the wrong tool for the job. The best way is to really contact and engage with them. No shortcuts around this one.
