How to create personalisex video's or animations. Looking for software tool

Hi, Peter here.

Am looking for a tool that can personalise an animation or video with data from database.

1000 names and photos have to be put in one same animation/video and create 1000 unnique video's.

Who knows software for this? And can help me?
Tips, links and advice is most welcome.
