Facebook Ad Targeting Question

Hello,

I want to target my facebook ad to internet marketers who are interested in Email Marketing or already using Email Marketing services.

What is best way to do that? I have tried adding Email Marketing in INTERESTS category with no luck

Is there a better way to target such FB users?

If your trying to target your ads to internet marketers that are interested in email marketing when you set up your FB ad try to target GetResponse / Aweber / Mailchimp users.
Then seek out the biggest names in Email marketing and target there audience as well. Hope this helps. Be specific using the term email marketing may not reg cause its to broad.

Adding Email Marketing in INTERESTS did not work. Try to target those people who like FB pages, groups related to
email marketing and try to target email marketing services user like Mailchimp user. Interest targeting lets you
define your ideal audience by their interests, hobbies and Pages they like on Facebook. These may be drawn from their
listed interests, activities, education, job titles, Pages they like or groups to which they belong.

Thank you guys with your advise. I am now targeting with specific terms rather than broad terms and getting good exposures.

What is in your opinion best strategy in terms of Ad delivery and Placements?

I don't target instagram because I know we will not get serious buyers from there. We currently on go with Facebook placements.

Also, is it better to promote a Post, use Brand Awareness or create a flat new ad with new images every time? What works best in your opinion , remember I am introducing a new product

I would eventually test all, however have found ads convert better, then promoted posts come in second.

Like said, definitely test for your niche, but mostly comes down to best bang for your buck comes from ads with images if done right.

Also, remember to set up retargeting on sales/lead capture page sending to as well so can hit those people with different offers and ad so get the best return on your investment as well.
