Facebook ad account closed can be opened?

Hi,

I changed the Time Zone of my Facebook ad account and I was forced to close my old ad account and lose this way all my pixel data.
I appealed but they say is impossible to reopen it.
Is this true?
What can I do? I have now a new ad account but I need that old one, marketers know why.
If you can help, please advice what to do to get my ad account reactivated, now is closed.

      Yes, Richard, I did this but they say it is impossible to open it after closing. Do you have idea to whom to speak with to solve this serious matter for me?

    I also change my timezone last time and changed my currency. Facebook deleted my old account but I can access my ads dashboard through facebook business manager. Have you tried connecting you page/s to one business manager?

      No, I did not. What to do to connect to one business manager and what for?
      What do you do with that info from dashboard as long as you had to launch a new pixel? Did you apeal? What did they say? I am terrified. I lost a lot!

        I created account at business.facebook.com. From there,I can already connect all pages I am managing. It keeps one dashboard of my ads, catalogs and more.
