Using instagrm ads, any advice?

Hi there,

I just wondered if anyone has used instagram ads to grow their follower base as there isn't a specific option to do that currently (unless I'm mistaken).

All you can do is, via the facebk ads network, promote posts/website links and have it coming from your IG account and hope that if people like that post/link they will click on your instagram profile too and follow that.

Has anyone had success in growing their instagram follower count via such ways? Obviously through the ads you can target people in your niche for the posts to be shown to too which is good.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    I've not used FB ads on Instagram but if you did, you'd want to add a call to action in the post that entices people to follow you and turn on update notifications.

    The other thing you could do is use a lead cature like TapTapLeads to capture leads directly from the post link. Once you have their mobile email address you can of course notify them of specials or whatever you may be running in your IG post feed.
