Here is some tips of mine to grow facebook group. i have several groups on different purpose . all of them has pretty good amount of members. first of all always post on relevant topic that goes with that facebook group. never use boss words to members , try be helpful as much as you can . only posting of good content all increase your members .don't add members forcefully, they can report and destroy facebook group.

If you're willing to spend on Facebook Ads, this can help. Also, some group admins let you pay for a pinned post on their own groups.

Pay to grow it. As simple as that. You can get fb ads down to .001 post engagement if your post is share worthy.

Another strategy you can employ is giveaways/contests to people who share your group or add people into it. Just make sure people arent spamming your group to other people or adding people that dont want to be added as that will look bad on you as the group admin.
