I have many instagram accs (i'm registration it), but i dont know what to do with this accs.

  Your accounts' value is the reason for people to be interested to purchase them, in case you sell them.
  
  How many followers do you have? Did your accounts comply with all of Instagram's terms and conditions? What do you think will move people to buy your accounts?

  At now i have more than 3k accounts.
  Accounts without post, followers and user pics (accs are empty).
  If i sell for example 1k accounts for 100$ its a good price, what do u think?

try gamblr a desktop application where you can store all your instagram account or even you can manage all your account from there

If you can manage the account's for a while, work on building good contents and growing your followers to a certain level, you can sell it and make money.
