How should I manage my Tumblr blog?

I have an account which has 2000 followers which I've only just started using again, and I've got 2 clickbank sales which is $200 in total, and I noticed the traffic came from this one review type post I have posted on the Tumblr blog.

So, if that review post is doing a good job at pre-selling to people, what should I do to get more people to read that post?

Should I post more article posts on the Tumblr blog linking to that specific post?
