Twitter is usually pretty easy, use something like crowdfire. Then with crowdfire you can easily follow as many people as you can in a day and unfollow them. The people you unfollowed most of them will continue to follow you.

I've used many over the years, but I highly recommend using like4like.org. They have a huge community. Within seconds you'll see likes on your page. You can either buy credits for likes or you can like other users pages to earn yourself free likes, which in return you use for your pages.

How does a FB page work?

I run a content (informational) site and want to promote the site more vigorously on social media (especially Facebook)? Do I create a Facebook account for the site and then post there? Do I create a summary of the new posts that are published on the main site and link to them from the FB account?

I already have the social share buttons at the end of all articles on the site. Do I have to link the FB share button on there to the FB page for the site, or do you just leave that separate?

Finally, how do I get people to be aware of the FB page i.e. promote it?

    1. Create long term campaigns - tips & tricks in your niche. These should be only images
    2. The ration of posting a link and posting images should be around 1:3.
    3. Share the posts that you make in the top 5 groups, each time you post something - just to create some traction
    4. Create contests and giveaways on the FB page - if possible - and share the contest on different groups to get contestants
    5. comment as the page on different other pages in your niche and like other people's comments

Keep doing these for 30 days. Organic growth is the best. Build some engagement and keep rolling the ball - 2-3 post per day. Never jump over one day!

Our site is content driven, rarely images. How do I promote a FB page around our site, and then drive traffic to the FB page? What are FB groups? Is
FB even worth it? Or should I just concentrate on creating good content ad allowing people to share it through share buttons found at the end of those articles? How much traffic is possible with social media, and do they convert? I remember when we sometimes get our articles stumbled and end up getting a lot of traffic that simply come and go, whereas we have normally 2 minutes average user time.
