YouTube Ads - Recent Course?

About 2 weeks ago, a couple of guys - my old memory forgets their names, but I *think* they're from India - released a YT Ads course at a reasonable price - like $20 or so.

Of course, now that I want to buy it, I can't find the promo email w/ the link in it.

I'm hoping someone knows the course I'm talking about and can help me out.
