100 clicks for a penny? I'm not going to say it's impossible, but I would say it's highly implausible. What kind of traffic could it be for that price? I would be very skeptical about any ad I saw for that product.

You will have to spend some money and do a lot of testing to hone in on an ad that can get clicks for less than a penny...but for 1/1000 of a penny...if you get there you just need to do a case study and you will be a millionaire !

You're not going to get "traffic" at that price... no way... not even crappy, worthless traffic. However, you might get "engagement" pretty cheap... although, probably not quite THAT cheap. Not these days.

People can run video ads that get that 3-sec "engagement" impression that shows up as an impression in the results. That can be super cheap. I ran a FB ad with a video, it was a horrible ad, but got at least like 10k people to watch it for 3 seconds and so my cost per engagement was less then a penny.

Skip to end of story... it was a horrible ad and did nothing for my objectives.

May be that much low may be not possible for higher countries, But can be possible for 2nd world or 3rd world countries.

It's depends on the country and the age, but 0.0001 I never see
The low like I got is $0.001, so for 10 likes it 1 cent
