Start Youtube marketing

i want to start youtube marketing and have several questions:

Do bots for subs, likes, comments etc are working in 2017 or all should be complete naturall?
What are all perimeters that determine that my youtube video will get many views and rank high in youtube ?

As i see it now, i just need to open video with tags and good title and publish the video in forums, buy views from ADF.LY and there we go.
is that enough or there hidden techniques i dont' know ?

    If income is your aim in your Youtube marketing based on the videos views and content, Youtube is getting restrict nowadays on videos to be monetized, I suggest you read the new terms of conditions rather than you waste your resources and income opportunity.

    I don't think you are going to have anything long term making money on google by doing anything with bots. You might make some money for the first month but they can easily close down your account if they suspect something
