A newly setup facebook account can make ADS right away?

Hi,social media marketing gurus,
I just setup my facebook account.I have no follower,no friends,no likes.but I would like to make some fan pages and make advert to promote them through paid PPC campaign.Is it possible or I have to get some followers,friends,likes first...

  Hi mate - I'm pretty sure you can run a campaign without any followers/likes, but make sure you've got content on your page and targeting is most likely going to be garnered through defining 'interests'

  So according to your hint,I have to make sure:
  1>the page that I like to promote should have the content in line with my niche or products or services
  2>the targeted traffic(interest) should be in line with my niche or products or services.

as long as you have a facebook business account set up, you can begin advertising straight away. Your followers will grow naturally over time.

I would recommend getting familiar with the fb ad power editor, it will make your life easier.

AFAIK you can easily setup a Ads Account but it will be much better if you warm up your first and then create a Fb Ads Account.

You can get started right away, no problem. It's like saying "Hey Facebook, take my money!" and they're like all "No, no, I don't want your money cause your account is too new, lol"
