    Under audience, you will see placement. From there, you could edit the platform where you want your audience to see your ad. Here's a screenshot.

      Thx for your replay Christopher. But thats not the issue. I need to target carriers like Movistar, Vodafone and so on... any idea where that feature is? Thx
