How do I search/view my owns posts in a fb group?

I've joined a ton of similar fb groups to promote my free SEO/IM tools website. However now I'm quickly realising that it's hard to keep track of which groups I've commented in. Can you filter to your own posts only in a fb group? Couldn't see it anywhere but I am on my mobile.

    Go to your FB page then click on 'insights' you can see it on top. Then on insight page you can see all your posts until now, when you click on a particular post , there is link 'share' below. when click on this you can see all the groups you have shared your post on and the post too.

    In the facebook group, on the right hand top side you can see a "Search this group" text box which is immediately about the "Add People to Group" text box. In the search this group box type your profile name or any specific member's name and click enter. Now you would see filtered list of all the posts of yours' or specific member's or members' in the group.
