Instagram Verification for Big Influencer Friend

I have a friend of mine, whose quite well known in his country (India) for being a inspiration and running a personal luxury fashion blog where he uploads daily outfits and luxury accessoires. (he has around 500,000 followers on this)

I want to get him verified, or outsource someone who can do this/pay some Agency to help him do this, because I know his page means a lot to him and his Birthday is coming up.

I know I'm a new member here, and haven't contributed anything to this community yet. But I'm hoping there is someone who can help me out/point me in the right direction.

(i know it's a long shot, but my friend's definitely worth it)
