Free software that caricatures photographs

SOCIAL NETWORKS

I am trying to locate software that can alter a photograph to make it appear like a two-dimensional cartoon, or a humorous caricature of the original. I remember some software being advertised a while back but I've been unsuccessful in locating it. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Just google "Cartoonize my image" ton's of free cloud based platforms that will help you out, you can also get some paid photoshop actions from Graphic River that will allow you to do some really cool stuff.

Photo to Cartoon and Caricature Software. Have worked with both of these. I found them easy to work with and user friendly.
