Maximum number of LinkedIn connections per day?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew what is the max number of LinkedIn connection a user can add per day?

    I dont think there are any restrictions..I know someone who added 100 people in a day..but you can find out more!

    There doesn't seem to be any limits on how many you can add. I added over 800 contacts in a few days with no problems.

      There's no limit as such because one of my colleagues added around 250 plus people in a single day!

    Agreed...I'm now getting a message I can only add 3k connections before I need to contact support for some kind of "upgrade"...

      Yeah as you found, limit is 3,000 connection requests that you can send. And yes, you can ask for more from customer support.

      They do seem to check conversions a little bit, whenever I have had to ask for more I just make sure I am really nice to customer support. They have a lot of discretion.

      I indicate that:
      a) I am a massive fan of LinkedIn and
      b) That it is a crucial business tool I use and so need more connections so that I can professionally network with all of the people that I meet.

      Currently I have built to just under 8,000 connections in 1 year with a variety of strategies. Now aiming for local, targeted quality after having too many LIONS

    No limit on maxium per day buy you have a 30K total limit and you can only have 3000 invites - so you need to have a rate of 10:1 of people inviting you rather than you inviting them if you want to reach the maximum number.

      That's good to know. I believe you can gain more with a premium account.
