Maybe you have ranked keywords which no body is searching for, thats why your site is getting ranked on search engines because no one else is trying to rank for it and no one else is searching for it.
try to rank keywords which has some searches per month.

use proper keywords. promote the link through social bookmarking sites, forums, social media, etc. if you dont have any background on SEO, why not try to hire someone? just sayin.

Learn about marketing from the great websites like Moz and Econsultancy. They have free resources but if you can afford it, upgrade to paid membership like here on WF.

Search keywords of low or medium competition with higher global and monthly search. It will benefit you. Again do off page SEO like forum posting, blog posting, directory submission etc. Also be active on social media..mainly on Facebook..it will definitely benefit you..

Do you have enough content on your website. Make your content compelling and useful enough to acquire some good backlinks. Also make your content centered around your prime keywords.

First you should analysis your targeted. Does they have good searches or not. Coz if you are ranking on first page on that keyword which has no searches or few searches then how you will get traffic.
And second way is use social networking sites to increase your site traffic.

Optimize your products that you are selling. Make sure the site has an ongoing theme of keywords and phrases. Try to keep the words similar and place them around your site as description in your products. You could also start writing a blog.

And while doing that do some off-page work with forums, social media, backlinks etc.

I also like to add, it will be helpful if you do reverse engineering. This means that you 'spy' on your competitors and see the list of sites they are building their backlinks to. Also, focus on content marketing and social media.

If you increase traffic to your websites you can done seo on/off page technique and smo.seo off page having different-different techniques like as Bookmarking, Dir submission, Articles post, Classifieds post etc. and increase your smo circles increase your likes, sharing, and commenting.

Hi friend, in oder to increase your traffic through SEO you have to do SMO for your website, for this use all popular social media sites eg. Facebook, twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.
1) Create your account on all social sites.
2) Make your profiles good by adding all things.
3)Then start making your new-2 friends from all fields.
4) Now start posting and sharing of your links in all these social sites.
