Guys would be very useful for everybody to share your success with pinterest.

    I tried about 7 months ago, and did have some success, clicks to my sites and a few sales.
    I use it mostly now for backlinking. But it's definitely getting spammed to death now.

    1.Connect and develop relationships
    2.    Share Content
    3.Increase visibility and build reputation
    4.Seek out blog post ideas
    5.    Promote company or affiliate products
    6.    Build backlinks

      I did a website review for a client in July. She makes really weird high-end cakes with tons of photos on her website. I suggested she should get on pinterest and didn't think much of it until I looked at her google analytics 3 weeks later and saw a spike in her traffic. There it was, 750 something visits originating from pinterest and she had a whole bunch of boards up there displaying her cake designs. So, moral of the story is that pinterest is a good idea to be involved with even if for backlinks. But it's even better if your product can be displayed visually through photos.

      Oh, and, one more thing to add. Seems like any hot social network system these days gets factored into Google search too. So, the fact that you participate on pinterest is likely to get things seen faster by google, such as your blog posts. So, add to the benefits list of pinterest to be "better google serps."

    Actually I am using Facebook for this purpose,
    and get success.
    By this sense I can say pinterest is not a bad choice.
    But patience is essential to get success.
