Help! Google+ Profile Suspended

My Google+ profile was recently suspended and I don't understand why. I'm trying to figure out 1) if there's something I need to be doing to fix it and 2) how to prevent it from happening again.

Here is the message I get when I access my Google+ account...

"After reviewing your profile, we determined that some of the content (for example text, images, or name) violates the Google+ User Content and Conduct Policy or Names Policy. Please remember that profiles are limited to individuals; use Google+ Pages for businesses and other entities....If you believe that your profile was suspended in error, or if you recently changed your profile to comply with our policies please submit your profile for reconsideration."

My profile hasn't changed since I created my Google+ account. I use my complete name, so I know it's not a names violation. I had requested that they reconsider my profile and it looks like they haven't changed their mind.

I only post about 1 link per day. This is usually a link for an article that I've written. Sometimes I'll also share a post that a fellow-writer has posted. So we're talking about 2 shares max per day and maybe a few +1s. So certainly NOT a spammer.

The only thing that has changed recently is I've added a bunch of people to my circles. I joined a couple of public circles and increased my #s a lot. Is this what would have caused Google to think I was a spammer?

So here are my questions.
1. Will this go away or should I move on to create a new Google+ account?
2. What triggers these suspensions?
3. Should public circles be avoided?
4. Proper way to promote an article. I put it to Public, but should I be limiting it to my circles? Won't this limit the impact of the link?
5. Should I be posting my articles to a business page instead?

Thank you for your help.

Obviously, the Google+ team thought of you as a spammer for posting links, which you might have violated one of their rules and policies. The reasons could be on the way you post the link and how you contribute to the Google plus community. I would suggest you create another account and try to build a reputation first before doing what you got to do. Aside from Google+, there are other sites where you can post your links without infractions. Why not try them...

Thanks for your reply. I have other accounts so I can switch over to one of those easily enough. And yes, I can go to other places for promoting and backlinking. But, I've found that Google+ seems to help with SERP.

The account that is suspended is one that was established. I didn't post much and the only thing that changed recently is that I had used hashtag keywords at the end of the post. Seems like pretty typical behavior, but maybe Google didn't like that??? I'm guessing that the problem was my big increase in the number of people in my circles that triggered the problem.

In researching this issue I've found a lot of people with this problem. So be careful with your accounts. Since your Google+ account is tied to YouTube, Picasa, etc. if your Google+ account goes away then so does the other stuff.

Let's put it in short: while I don't know the reason that your account was suspended (could have been a link in every post), but I do know that at this moment I am not in love with Google. They are arrogant enough in many ways, in my opinion. Plus, they are too big to manually look into most of their false positives that is mistakenly hurting a lot of people - and classificaiton algorithms at that scale are simply going to have sufficiently high numbers of false positives.

Thanks Fred. I'm in agreement. They are so big that they can essentially do whatever they want and we are all at their mercy. The thing that is really annoying is that there is virtually no way to get ahold of anyone at Google. So I'll just hope that once my account is up and running again that I don't run into anymore problems. I'm amazed at so much of the spam and crap that gets posted, yet those users stay up and running without any problems. Yet plenty of other legit people and businesses get slapped. I don't get it.
