I think I have found a WP plugin to connect your Facebook page to your blog.
You might as well try this Simple Facebook Connect plugin. I have not actually used it yet, and I doubt if I will be using it, but the features are enticing.

there is an even simpler way

go to twitterfeed.com and crate a free account.

add your rss feed - and post to facebook (profile, page or both, even multiple accounts), twitter, linkedin every time you publish a new post. It takes about (up to) half an hour for your feed to get updated.

alternatively, if you are looking for something really powerful for wider content syndication, use the "network publisher" plugin
