    Hi Tom,

You will want to consider the following to build, promote and grow your offline business.

    1. A website if you don't have one already
    2. A social media profile
    3. A local SEO or paid advertising service.

Happy to advise you on anything related to 2 and 3 and I am sure there are many people here that can help you out with 1.

I would say use adds to get the leads on social media sites once you have put the foundations in place optimising your profiles.

Catch their attention with something interesting and relevant then build the relationship when they connect by showing the expertise you have, to coax them into your funnel and eventually generating customers.

Dont just blast your offers to them, give a little first.

Health and fitness a really good market, but have a look how some of the successful and big brands go about their social media to get ideas.

It's definitely a great start for any local business to create a website, even if it's only a few pages. Once you get involved with social media, it's very useful to have an online presence, your website, (almost like a business card but a lot more useful) so you can refer everyone you come in contact with to your website to seal the deal.

If you are looking for help with a basic but professional looking website, let me know and I'll be glad to be of service!
