    to be honest I really don't fancy the color, the logo's definition is low which makes it not so pleasing to the eye...

      It's a bit too dark for my taste, and as already mentioned you need to do something about the logo, i.e. make it bigger and better quality.

      Weird, I could swear I've seen this theme (in red) being mentioned or even pushed in some WSO...?

    Yes... Logo needs to be changed definitely. Also try another font and don't make it bold. Live chat is a nice option that must be added.

    I think add a good header. I mean the logo is there but perhaps try to replace this with better header on top. Everything else is okay.

    I find your website nice. Please do consider adding a direct contact support link or communication tool such as chat support so that people who bump into your site may be able to communicate with you right away. You may also have the chat support box initiate the conversation once someone gets in your page right away. This is however just a suggestion since this will also mean that you will need someone to be online all time to respond right away when somebody chats.

    Just like what everybody is saying, improve your logo. In a business we all know that the logo is the key to make people notice your brand.
    Without having a good logo, I mean, clear ones, then people will find it hard to remember your business.
