Pinterest is no-follow, but so what? If that's all you're worried about then I don't recommend bothering. Pinterest is all about reposting pictures -- funny, useful, insightful, or helpful things. Only. If you're just posting do-follow advertisements, nobody is going to want to follow your board. If anybody even visits, they would leave immediately -- and not through your do-follow link.

I recommend investing in a Social Media Marketing course. There's plenty of free information out there as well.

Pinterest is a great social media site that can help you gain good traffic and exposure for your content, website, etc.

I recommend signing up and using Pinterest in addition to the staples, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+.

Remember to be active and pin, re-pin, follow, like, etc. similar content and people in your niche, etc.

Like most social media sites/networks you also get a page to represent you, your business, or website that will also help with SEO and that you should link to your website.

Pinterest is a social media site but it's pretty strange question from you if you have (no working) do-follow list in signature. To check no-follow links in websites there are free browsers addons for that.

Pinterest is currently the hottest social networking site. It has become the 3rd most popular social networking site. Look at the image below!

I was not a big fan of this social network service but when I experienced this service .....the results were just surprising compared to Facebook and Twitter. I was getting 70% of traffic from Pinterest.

Now, I always pin my each and every post there….it is just an awesome service.

Pinterest is a no-follow site but you can get enough traffic from it, if you have a good pictures on your profile.
You can monetize Pinterest traffic with amazon affiliate program and adsense.
I had success with Amazon but then they changed their algo and my earning dropped.

Pinterest is the hot social networking site for 2012. A well kept secret until now, it is exploding. Members of the main demographic group are women but the guys are catching on also. Pinterest is a fast growing social media website with no follow attribute. Even if it is no follow, I got backlinks from pinterest. And, I am getting targeted traffic from Pinterest everyday..

Most of my experience with pinterest has been running humor blogs. I have gotten a decent amount of success with it. I pin everything I post. I have noticed that generic humor or humor more directed at females works best for my sites.
