So I am looking for a new company or individual to outsource my social media to. Someone who can build fan pages, drive views and likes up, and also post for me.

    Just a couple of questions:

    1/ Are you going to provide your workers with "ready-to-post" social media accounts? Or do you plan to outsource this task (account creation) as well?

    2/ Social media is a big market and it doesn't end in building fan pages. Does your media plan include Twitter, Youtube ect... or are you just interested in outsourcing the "Facebook" marketing?

    What do you want to achieve specifically with your social media campaign? If you just want to see a rise in your stats you can hire any VA to do it. But if you want to use social media for online reputation protection or brand recognition or customer service or use it to be part of your sales funnel, then you'll need a social media marketer or expert. Social media, when used correctly, can make an impact on your business. It would be better and cheaper in the long run if you figure out what you want to get out of your social media accounts first before you outsource your campaign.
