My Introduction on Social Media Campaign through Facebook

Hello fellow Warriors I would like to share a little bit about my knowledge on Facebook marketing. I hope you guys like it and will gain some ideas on this one

Everyone has done this FB stuff wrong. They spam. They make accounts that last like ten minutes. It's not the smart way to do things. And it doesn't make the real money. This is how to do it, and this is how to make the money. But this is not a short term game. This is a long game. But it is worth it. Every other FB marketing concept has been based on advertising for other people's products and businesses. But instead, this is where you should start, and where you need to end is as the business owner yourself.

When building profiles, they have to be real, they have to be geo-location specific. Also, it doesn't have to be about the US anymore. It first starts with your own country, and then also, you can saturate any country in which you are fluent in the language. They also have to post about normal stuff, funny stuff, and only rarely about a business or club, etc. They can also talk about a product or website or whatever. In fact, instead of just advertising for some other guys website, you need to make your own website, that sells stuff or provides a service, and then advertise through status updates to as many people as possible.

The main costs, time, etc-- Getting accounts created (get email addresses in bulk, and then get a good pva provider), then fill out the account info thoroughly, add friends slowly, and send out status updates over time, but nothing about business stuff at first for months and months. This is a long game, not a short game. Make accounts for every single little town in the country that you are targeting. Start with your home country. Meet local business owners in your country, and show them that you can send people their way. You have to show them results before you can sell them anything. Night clubs, bars, restaurants, and local entertainment venues are the best place to start, because their owners are more open to alternative advertising. Then, on a national level, you need to start making contacts with whoever makes a movie, television or music in your country. Again, you have to be able to show local entertainment venues what you can do before you can talk others into it on a larger scale. This is all about raising money, and buying more accounts. Once you have a ton of accounts, with a ton of friends, then you can start thinking in terms of starting your own business or websites. Again, there is way more money in this then there is in advertising. If you have a web site that sells stuff to your home country, and or a product that you can sell, you will make more money selling that directly then you ever will advertising someone else's product. And if you are able to get 1,000 accounts, and slowly build each account up to 3,000 friends, then that is 3 million people who will see your status updates over time, all the time. That's like advertising during the world cup every single day on the television to your home country. It doesn't matter if you sell toilet paper or shampoo or music, or whatever. Hell, you can actually sell all of those things, and from different websites too. And your advertising will reach everyone in your home country that has a computer. For free. Every single day.

What's important is not just doing this in the US, because this market is already pretty saturated, and trying to reach business owners in the US has to be done in person, like in many countries, culturally. Other countries have not had as many marketers focusing on them. In the US, people are more likely to flag accounts and they end up getting banned. Other countries, not as much. But bottom line, the accounts have to be done to last- for years. And you have to be fluent in whatever language you are doing status updates in, because if you don't know all of the slang and grammar and popular culture stuff, your accounts will be worthless. If you do things this way, you will be able to slowly over time be able to advertise to millions of people. Not posting links, not sending messages, not tagging people in pictures.

You also need to be able to talk to business owners and people who are making movies in your country that you are targeting, because contacting people in person and talking with them that way is the only way to go for some cultures. I cannot understate how important this part is. You need to have a 30 second speech memorized to explain what you can do for local owners of businesses.

What you need to do is post status updates, 3 or 4 each day, and allows everything to grow over time. And after a few months, then you start to mention a night club, or local music, or television show and talk about how good it is, how much you like it. And then you start talking about a book that is for sale in your country, and trust me, lots of people will start to buy it. If you talk about anything (a product, a business, a movie), and how good it is, and you are having your status updates seen by millions of people in your country, it will work.

And think of this: If you sold a product for 10 Euros, and you are reaching millions of people on your status updates, you might get a thousand people to buy it. That's 10k in the bank. And you sell 50 different products, well, you get the point. This is something that takes time. But it makes a ton of money. All the smart guys are already doing it.
