Hi Guys,

I want to add a facebook like button to a thank you page but don't want it to actually like the thank you page. I would prefer it to like the main page of my site.

Does anyone know if this is possible? I am using wordpress by the way.

I was told to try the developers page on facebook and use the iframe option but this doesn't seem to be working.

Hi Paul,

Yes, totally possible to specify which page is "liked".

Using the developers page to generate code... part of that code will contain something like this:

<div class="fb-like" data-send="false" data-layout="button_count" data-width="0" data-show-faces="false"></div>

simply add in the following:
data-href="http://www.yoururl.com"

Which will leave your code looking like:
<div class="fb-like" data-href="http://www.yoururl.com" data-send="false" data-layout="button_count" data-width="0" data-show-faces="false"></div>

Maybe even using an iframe to create a separate page within your Facebook page. This is really easy to do.
