Are Pligg sites worthwhile?

I see so many Pligg social bookmarking sites online. Are they worthwhile for getting backlinks? Some have high page rank, which can't be a bad thing. What are your thoughts?

    You cannot go wrong if they are HIGH PR Sites, I would suggest posting on any of those sites that have high PR. Utilize a A good page rank checker first to detect the PR of the site - if they are anywhere between 3-10 I would suggest creating an account.

      As long as they aren't porn bookmarking sites they are all worth having. If anything just use them to diversify your anchor base. People who are reporting dropped rankings because of them need to realize that if they have 500 links all with their main keyword as their anchor they're going to get dropped by Penguin.

      That's anchor text over optimization, it's not hard to figure out, but everyone seems to have a very hard time creating links that do not have their money keyword in it :rolleyes:

      Don't make the same mistake.

      Save the high PR bookmarking sites for your more concentrated anchor spread, use the lower to no PR to diversify your anchor base.

    Yeah there are many pligg social bookmarking sites that are high ranked .I also work on them .They do benefit us to get backlinks as google has given it good PR so why they will be bad .So dont worry you can work on them!!!
