Google still takes nofollow links into account. They look for a good variety and having some nofollow links helps towards this.

I have seen many pinterest links in google... The pins linking to HIGH PR sites will get indexed in google... and come up in search results.. so my answer would be that it benefits you very much so!

NoFollow only means it doesn't pass page rank. you can still rank your sites with noFollow links..... Completely different things. One of the biggest misconceptions in all of SEO.

If you can get a link from an authority domain that gets lots of traffic YOU WANT THAT LINK.

If you create a business page and put your URL in the description you can verify your webste and get a clickable link. I believe that link is a dofollow.

What's good about Pinterest is that you can get a lot of traffic to your site and that is one of the signals that Google takes into account when ranking sites.
