I've tried two different browsers now, and still getting the error "Sorry, we are unable to process your order at this time".

I've set up a brand new Facebook account, trying to set up a Facebook ad.

Anyone know what this message means? The card is a Mastercard, but I've also tried a Visa debit card. Still getting the same error.
