Do YouTube View Exchanges Still Work?

From what I understand YouTube view exchanges used to be quite popular. Do they still work or has YouTube figured out a way to detect the software and ban any videos that are using this method?

    Some work, some do not any longer. U2Bviews is pretty good for likes; not great for views. Vagex is excellent for subscriptions, ok for views, "ehhh" for likes.

    Yes they still work and are actually working well these days, its one of the best ways to get free views and exposure.
