FB doesn't let me share to my own fan page wall???

Hi, I used to be able to do this and can't anymore. I have a profile page as well as a fan page. As I have many more friends than fans, I usually like to post from my profile account and then just share on the fan page timeline. Another reason to post to profile is that friends get notified automatically, what doesn't happen with pages.

Facebook now says "this message could not be posted to this wall"

But mind you that I don't block wall posts on the fan page. In fact anybody else can share stuff on that wall. Why can't me, the admin of the page, post?

Any clues?

    Hi Skuba,

    The reason of your problem might be related to the "privacy settings" of your post. Try to change the post from privacy being "only friends" to "public". Then you should be able to share it onto your fan page.

    To change your privacy settings, simply click on the "people" icon located right after the date.

    Allow your fanpage for everyone. Right now it might be allowing only your friends.

      Wow, I think I know what happened. So, all my posts used to be public and the fan page is also public. For the first time ever, FB might have done some kind of policy change and actually changed my posts back to friends only. I never changed it to friends only. I have just changed back now. Will see if it works.
