Virtual Assistant Question
First of all sorry if this is not the right forum to post this question.
Ever since my daughter was born I was thinking about hiring a Virtual Assistant. I simply have no more spare time to invest in all the ideas and small tasks like I used to do before and of course right now I really want to spend as much time as possible with the little monster
Main tasks I need help with are;
- Update content on my mini sites. Sites are not running WP (they need to be simple HTML sites) and updates would need to be done using NotePad++ or any other text editor.
- Check RSS feeds and email potential clients.
- Send emails to companies/businesses and offer my design services (no need for the VA to create content. They would just copy/past the content and email it to Businesses.
- Update small Business Directories. Again, these are simple HTML pages and no WP is used.
- Upload content using FTP clients.
- Create FP and Twitter accounts and keep them up to date.
So - this is kinda what I need. To begin with, I would not have enough work to hire a full time VA but with the time I'm sure there would be enough work for a full time VA.
My main concern is how much to pay. I don't want to overpay but I also want to make sure the VA is happy and not overwhelmed with the tasks.
I have never hired a VA and all your feedback would be appreciated.
