    Yes, you can share this Manually
    1, Get your fb status link and short the URl using bit.ly or goo.gl
    2, Visit your G+ profile and Post it there,. But don't forget to remove default facebook description from your G+ status box.

      This is exactly the way I've done it before. But I just used the status link.....creating a bit.ly is much better idea.
